2 YEARS WARRANTY ON WOODEN PERGOLAS----

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

1. The Two Year Warranty period begins on the date of the invoice.

2. Any alteration of structure will avoid this warranty.

3. Any replacement or repair under this warranty will not lengthen the original warranty period.

4. This warranty shall not cover incidental or consequential damages.

5. Acts of Nature or damage caused by accidents, fallen trees, fire, insects, animals, or abuse are not covered by this warranty.

6. Wood Barn India provides a 6-month Polish warranty from the date of the invoice.

7. This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, fading, discoloration, rust, staining, or the splitting or chipping of wood.

8. For customers outside our normal service area, replacement parts will be shipped to you after the warranty claim has been properly submitted. Transportation cost for the claim will be as per actual.

9. We provide a 2-year warranty on all our metal connectors.

10. This warranty is non-transferable.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

To file a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase, a written description, and photos of the failed component(s). Wood Barn India’s customer support team will get in touch with you and take it further. Wood Barn India may request permission to inspect the defective parts. Replacement parts and/or repairs are at the sole discretion of Wood Barn India. We will endeavor to correct the issue in a courteous and timely manner.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENT----

* Product cannot be returned once delivered at your door step it can only be replaced, if damage is found on the time of delivery.

* For replacement we require clear evidence through photos and videos of the product or you can contact us immediately if you need any help.

* Turnaround time (TAT) for replacement is minimum 10 to 15 days.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND----

* Order can be canceled before 24 hr after confirming the payment and refund will initiated within 7 Working days.

* Cancellation of Order after 24hr will not be considered and refund will not be initiated.

SUGGESTIONS FOR MAINTENANCE OF WOODEN PERGOLAS----

1. All structures must be anchored and placed upon a well-drained, level, firm foundation.

2. Regularly clean the pergola to remove dust, dirt, and debris. You can use a soft broom or a soft brush to sweep away loose particles.

3. Proper maintenance such as caulking, painting, staining, suitable drainage, and maintaining a cleared area around the structure/posts.

4. Check for any signs of structural issues and address them promptly to maintain the integrity of the pergola.

5. Adjust your maintenance routine based on the seasons. For example, focus on waterproofing before the monsoon season and sealing/staining before the hot summer months.

6. Trim nearby trees and bushes to prevent overhanging branches from touching or rubbing against the wooden structure. This reduces the risk of scratches, marks, and potential damage.

7. Conduct regular inspections of the entire pergola, paying attention to joints, fasteners, and any areas prone to wear and tear. Tighten loose screws and bolts as needed.
