    WHAT YOU NEED

    • Cardboard (to be placed under the brackets to not scratch your surface or the brackets)
    LUMBER
    • When purchasing your lumber, always take a bracket with you to ensure a proper fit.
    • You can select whatever lumber suits your style and budget. It must be dry and straight.
    • Brackets use dressed lumber. 4”x4” (3.5”x3.5”) Bracket 6”x6” (5.5”x5.5”) Bracket Cavity is 5.62”x5.62”

    SECTION 1 BUILDING THE TOP

    • BUILDING A ‘U’: Insert your lumber into the TRIO brackets. See figure 1.
    • BUILDING AN ‘I’: Insert your lumber into the TRIO brackets. See figure 2.
    • Secure bracket to lumber with provided screws.

    SECTION 2 ATTACHING THE SHADE SAIL

    • Attach corner mounts. See figure 3.
    • Attach buckles. With buckles facing the sky, loop strap around corner mounts, secure with buckle and pull tight. See figure 4.
    • Line up side mounts to the remaining buckles on SHADE SAIL. See figure 5.
    • Loop strap around side mounts, secure with buckle and pull tight.

    SECTION 3 HANGER BRACKETS

    • Slide the Hanger Brackets ½ way up the vertical posts with the hanger facing inside the build. See figure 6.
    • Insert your lumber into side 2.
    • Secure bracket to lumber with provided screws.

    SECTION 4 INSERT THE POSTS

    • Insert your vertical posts on the first side.
    • Insert your lumber into side 2.
    • Secure bracket to lumber with provided screws.

    SECTION 5 BUILD THE BASE

    • BUILDING A ‘U’: Insert your lumber into the TRIO brackets. See figure 7.
    • BUILDING AN ‘I’: Insert your lumber into the TRIO brackets. See figure 8.
    • Secure bracket to lumber with provided screws.

    SECTION 6 BUILDING CUBE

    • Carefully lift the completed top half of the pergola over the base and place each vertical post into their respective TRIO brackets.
    • Secure bracket to lumber with provided screws.
    • Level Hammock Hangers to your preferred height. * Make sure they will not be in the way of the Privacy Shade Brackets, before securing.

    SECTION 7 COMPLETE

    • Attach turnbuckles to hangers and HAMMOCK tighten evenly on all sides and secure.

    2 YEARS WARRANTY ON WOODEN HAMMOCK----


    WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

  • 1. The Two Year Warranty period begins on the date of the invoice.
  • 2. Any alteration of structure will avoid this warranty.
  • 3. Any replacement or repair under this warranty will not lengthen the original warranty period.
  • 4. This warranty shall not cover incidental or consequential damages.
  • 5. Acts of Nature or damage caused by accidents, fallen trees, fire, insects, animals, or abuse are not covered by this warranty.
  • 6. Wood Barn India provides a 6-month Polish warranty from the date of the invoice.
  • 7. This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, fading, discoloration, rust, staining, or the splitting or chipping of wood.
  • 8. For customers outside our normal service area, replacement parts will be shipped to you after the warranty claim has been properly submitted. Transportation cost for the claim will be as per actual.
  • 9. We provide a 2-year warranty on all our metal connectors.
  • 10. This warranty is non-transferable.

    • WARRANTY CLAIMS

    To file a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase, a written description, and photos of the failed component(s). Wood Barn India’s customer support team will get in touch with you and take it further. Wood Barn India may request permission to inspect the defective parts. Replacement parts and/or repairs are at the sole discretion of Wood Barn India. We will endeavor to correct the issue in a courteous and timely manner.

    SUGGESTIONS FOR MAINTENANCE OF WOODEN PERGOLAS----


  • 1. All structures must be anchored and placed upon a well-drained, level, firm foundation.
  • 2. Regularly clean the pergola to remove dust, dirt, and debris. You can use a soft broom or a soft brush to sweep away loose particles.
  • 3. Proper maintenance such as caulking, painting, staining, suitable drainage, and maintaining a cleared area around the structure/posts.
  • 4. Check for any signs of structural issues and address them promptly to maintain the integrity of the pergola.
  • 5. Adjust your maintenance routine based on the seasons. For example, focus on waterproofing before the monsoon season and sealing/staining before the hot summer months.
  • 6. Trim nearby trees and bushes to prevent overhanging branches from touching or rubbing against the wooden structure. This reduces the risk of scratches, marks, and potential damage.
  • 7. Conduct regular inspections of the entire pergola, paying attention to joints, fasteners, and any areas prone to wear and tear. Tighten loose screws and bolts as needed.
