Founded in 2006 by visionary entrepreneur Mr. Sanjay Sharma, Wood Barn India was created with a simple yet powerful belief - that homes, resorts, and public spaces could be sustainable, modern, and built to last for generations.
In our early years, we introduced India to prefabricated wooden villas and cottages, setting a new benchmark for eco-friendly living. By 2016, we established our own state - of - the - art production facility, equipped with glue-lamination, tongue & groove, and finger-jointing technology. This allowed us to craft fully bespoke timber structures with unmatched precision, strength, and architectural freedom.
Since then, we have grown into a trusted name for luxury wooden villas, eco-resorts, and premium timber projects across India, while also preparing for public infrastructure and community developments that demand speed, sustainability, and durability. Every project is built entirely in-house — from concept to completion — using only PEFC-certified timber, ensuring that our growth is always tied to responsible forestry and environmental stewardship.
