Tucked inside a lush coffee estate in Coorg, Karnataka, The Ibnii Spa Resort reflects a philosophy of eco-luxury and sustainable hospitality. Delivered in 2017, the resort’s prefabricated wooden cottages were designed to merge seamlessly with the natural landscape. Using glulam beams and tongue-and-groove systems, the cottages offer strength, insulation, and long-lasting comfort while keeping construction impact minimal. Surrounded by evergreen forests, the project demonstrates how timber resorts in India can combine wellness, sustainability, and premium guest experiences in sensitive ecological zones.
